Two weeksWe sit inside the business and time the work — every recurring task, how often it runs, who touches it and what it costs. You leave with an hours map you keep, whether or not you go further.
02Build
Four to eight weeksWe fit each skill to the tools you already run: your inbox, your CRM, your spreadsheets, your accounts package. Nothing is ripped out and nothing is replaced for the sake of it.
03Handover
One weekYour team stops running process and starts supervising exceptions.
04Settle
OngoingWe measure the hours actually removed against the baseline agreed at survey, and invoice a share of them. If the hours do not come out, there is nothing to share.
